Parent / Survivor & Sibling Meeting
Wednesday, June 23, 2010
Overview
ISPNO FAMILY EDUCATION DAY has been created “By Families - For Families” with an understanding that families of children affected by brain tumors are an integral part of the medical/family partnership. Knowledge is power and informed families become strong advocates and partners with surgeons, oncologists and related health professionals in providing their children with optimal care. This unique educational experience will provide parents and survivors aged 18 years and older with an opportunity to partner with international experts in the field of pediatric neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, endocrinology, radiation oncology, and neuropsychology.
